Our massage therapist Bri, provides sessions that utilize a variety of of modalities and healing touch techniques. This is done in an adaptive and intuitive way, targeting your individual needs to meet your session goal(s).
Bri is an intuitive energy and body worker. This modern day shaman holds her license as a massage therapist, certification in body wisdom herbalism and is a certified yoga instructor. Bri is passionate about holding space for others, achieving therapeutic results, and creating moments where people can deepen the connection to their own temple. She specializes in intuitively led sessions, therapeutic and sacred bodywork, cupping, shamanic energy healing, crafting personal rituals/ceremonies and integrating herbal remedies and yoga into treatments. Bri’s professional experience includes working in a spa setting, offices, homes, retreats and special events. She has worked with clients of all ages, professional athletes, post-op patients, amputees, those with special needs or conditions requiring care, and animals alike. Bri offers a thoughtful, unique and highly tailored experience each session. She helps clients to relax and receive radical healing, balance and restoration with lasting shifts to their bodies and lives.

No two sessions are ever identical but all include just the right combination of what is needed to help you meet your goals at no extra cost. Some of what may be included depending on your needs:

After a massage your mind is clear and your body is relaxed. An occasional massage leaves you feeling great, but regular massage can do so much more. Integrating touch therapy into your regular routine allows for the work done on the table in each session to build on itself. Helping your body maintain its relaxed state and your muscles to remain loose even during times of physical and mental stress. Packages are available to make incorporating regular bodywork into your routine a little easier.
